This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password, and profile details when you create an account.
- Vendor Business Information: Business name, business address, food truck/trailer details, menu items, photos, cuisine types, operating hours, and social media links.
- Payment Information: Billing address and payment card details (processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe).
- Communications: Messages, feedback, support requests, and any other information you send to us.
- Catering Requests: Event details, guest counts, food preferences, and budget information submitted through our catering form.
Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data: With your consent, we collect precise geolocation data from your device. For Vendors, this is used to display your real-time location on our live map. For Customers, this is used to show nearby vendors.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, interactions with vendor profiles, and other usage patterns.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, IP address, and similar technical data.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to enhance your experience and collect analytics data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform
- Display Vendor locations on our real-time map
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Connect Customers with nearby Vendors
- Send notifications about followed Vendors, new features, and promotions
- Provide Vendors with analytics and insights about their profile performance
- Process catering requests and connect requestors with appropriate Vendors
- Respond to support inquiries and customer service requests
- Improve, personalize, and optimize the Platform
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Public Vendor Profiles: Vendor business information, menus, photos, and live location data are publicly visible on the Platform. This is core to how the Platform works.
- Service Providers: We share data with third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (SendGrid), cloud hosting (AWS), and mapping services (Mapbox).
- Chapter Administrators: If you are a Vendor in a specific geographic chapter, the chapter administrator may access your profile information to coordinate local operations.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Location Data
Location data is central to the Street Feasts experience. Vendors choose when to share their location by using our "Go Live" feature. When a Vendor goes live, their current location is displayed on the map for Customers to see. Vendors can stop sharing their location at any time by going offline. Customer location data is used only to show nearby vendors and is not stored permanently or shared with third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing, and access controls. Payment information is processed through Stripe and is never stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and Update: You can access and update your account information at any time through your dashboard settings.
- Delete Your Account: You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at privacy@streetfeasts.com.
- Location Permissions: You can control location sharing through your device settings or by toggling your live status on the Platform.
- Email Preferences: You can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails (account-related) will continue.
- Cookie Preferences: You can manage cookie settings through your browser preferences.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
9. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including vendor social media profiles and delivery platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
